Data Conversion
Our services include the import of your data into Tax-Wise
and Infinite Visions software systems. We have extensive
experience converting from many different types of taxation and
financial systems. CSA is staffed with experienced
professionals to perform the data conversions to ensure a smooth
conversion process. Our standard conversion procedure
involves developing a custom conversion utility for each new
customer so that we can convert the data from the source files
several times during the implementation process and training. We
believe this attention to detail allows for the cleanest conversion
possible, and our successful track record supports that
philosophy.

Training
Training by our certified product consultants includes detailed
training materials and can be provided either at your facility or
in our training facility in Billings, Montana. Effective and
complete training of the end-user is critical to the successful

training county users. Each class uses a structured agenda
and includes hands-on training exercises to give new users the
experience and confidence necessary to perform their daily tasks
using Tax-Wise and Infinite Visions.
In addition to on-site and in-house training we offer, CSA also
offers a variety of online training opportunities. Online training
gives your employees in-depth knowledge of the software modules
they use most, maximizing employee productivity and improving
quality of work. Additionally, online training is often more
cost effective (especially for newly-hired employees who need to
get up to speed quickly, or when several employees need training on
new functionality) because training can take place at work or from
home without costly travel expenses. Flexibility, cost savings and
