Data Conversion
Our services include the import of your data into Document Pro
software system. We have extensive experience converting from many
different types of indexing and imaging systems into Document
Pro. CSA is staffed with experienced professionals to perform
the data conversions to insure a smooth conversion process.
Our standard conversion procedure involves developing a
custom conversion utility for each new customer so that we can
convert the data from the source files several times during the
implementation process, once for training, and then convert the
live data onsite with the goal of having the recorders' office
"down" for as little time as possible.
CSA has converted many customers off of numerous different
systems including Tyler, CIC, Black Mountain, Computer
Professionals and Liaison. With a perfect track record for on-time
customer conversions, we have successfully converted over 100
counties to our system.
Training
Training by our certified product consultants includes detailed
training materials and can be provided either at your facility or
in our training facility in Billings, Montana. Effective and
complete training of the end-user is critical to the successful
implementation of any new software package. Our
Implementation Specialists and Trainers have years of experience
training county users. Each class uses a structured agenda
and includes hands-on training exercises to give new users the
experience and confidence necessary to perform their daily tasks
using Document Pro.
In addition to on-site and in-house training we offer, CSA also
offers a variety of online training opportunities. Online training
gives your employees in-depth knowledge of the Document Pro modules
they use most, maximizing employee productivity and improving
quality of work. And online training is often more cost
effective-especially for new-hire employees who need to get
up-to-speed quickly or when several employees need training on new
functionality-because training can take place at work or from home
