Marriage License Module

The Marriage License Module in Document Pro provides an easy-to-use method for counties to manage the applications, licenses and certificates, and other reports that are required for the processing and recording of Marriage Licenses. The module can be customized to suit the needs of an individual county, because we realize that this portion of the recording process isn't necessarily one size fits all.

The Marriage License Module integrates directly with our Receipting module, so when you process a license you can enter the transaction information directly from the application screen. The marriage license manager allows you to set the options to fit your needs, from establishing an expiration date for a license to setting which reports you would like to automatically print when processing the application. You can choose to record the marriage application and license as separate documents within your recording system, or with the ability to mark an image as 'Private' you can scan both images on the same document and make only the license available to the public.  A large selection of customizable options allows you to make the marriage license program suit the needs of your county!
