Document Pro Base System

The Base System of Document Pro provides everything you'll need to have a highly efficient, reliable recording system. Our receipting capabilities streamline the recording process by automating the system... when a receipt is entered the document is created and, if applicable, the book and page number are sequentially assigned. The document can then be indexed, scanned, validated and marked returned directly from the indexing screen, providing a dependable and consistent process.

Integrated Receipting

Our receipting capabilities simplify the recording process by automatically creating documents at the time of receipting. This way you complete the transaction with the customer and begin the indexing process all in one step, eliminating redundant processes and extra work. Other receipting benefits include the ability to enter an unlimited number of items onto a receipt, and the capability to set up receipt items to not create a document.

Integrated Imaging

The imaging capabilities in Document Pro allow you to modify the image to suit your needs. You are able to add annotations without permanently altering the scanned image, and our basic OCR capabilities provide a timesaving method to copy text from images. We offer a 'Private' image tool so you can hide images that are only for internal viewing, or on a lesser scale, you can utilize our redaction capabilities to hide sensitive information on an image while leaving the whole visible to the public.

Customer Account Tracking

Document Pro allows for cash, debit or credit style customers. Our customer statements / invoices provide a number of options so you can choose to include only the pertinent information to simplify the billing process.

Robust Searching Capabilities

Our document search screen provides the capacity to search on a vast range of criteria, from document number and date ranges to the TRS for a specific piece of land. Our custom indexing fields allow you to create your own searchable data entry fields. The Quick Search feature of Document Pro allows you to search on specific criteria from anywhere in the program!

Image Export Capabilities

The exporting tool in Document Pro allows you to export out a specific set of documents using our document search feature, or all documents created or modified since the last export. You can customize your export to include or exclude a wide range of criteria, then save the profile to simplify your daily routine!

Security Management

Our security manager allows you to create 'roles' so you can set up basic user types then assign new users  to a group instead of having to pick and choose permissions for each user. The wide range of security keys allows you to prevent users from performing any number of tasks, ensuring that mistakes are uncommon and avoided.

Reporting

Document Pro provides a wide range of reporting options that allow you to track not only document and money entries into the program, but other pertinent information as well. Included is the ability to find the amount of time that it's taking for a document to go through the recording process, the capability to track all changes made to a document or receipt, and the availability of a wide variety of state-specific reports!
