Data Exporter

The Customizable Data Exporter provides a county with the ability to easily and reliably transport data out of Document Pro. One of the more prolific customers for a county is the Title and Abstract Company served by the county, and our exporter provides the means to keep the flow of data between the two parties seamless. The exporter allows you to select a specific set of documents using our advanced document search engine, or to include all documents created or modified since the last export. After selecting a range of documents for export, you can customize the data to suit your needs. This includes the ability to exclude a department from the export, whether to export images (including annotations and Private images), and then even the ability to select a data type. We provide a selection of output file structures to make the data as 'user-friendly' for the end party as possible. We even recently implemented the ability to export directly to an FTP site, which allows for a seamless export process!  

After customizing your export to include or exclude your selected criteria, you can save the export profile. The next time you need to export using this criteria, choose the profile from your list and you'll be ready to go! This allows you to simplify your daily routine, as well as ensure an efficient, reliable data export!
