Batch Scanning Utility

One of the key components to any recording software package is the ability to capture an image of the document for future viewing. In some cases, the ability to scan the document into the system directly from the indexing screen on a case by case basis works well. However, when your county processes 50, 100 or even 200+ documents per day it is more time effective to load a stack of documents into your scanner and process them all at the same time. This is where our batch scanning utility comes into play.

The use of barcodes on the recording labels allows Document Pro to recognize and assign the document and page number as pages are scanned into the system. After a 'batch' of documents is scanned, modified and confirmed, they will be processed all at once. An added feature is the ability to use only one label per document. When Document Pro reads the barcode on the first page it recognizes not only which document to expect but how many pages will be loading. This allows you to save time and resources!
